Workshop “yes, it is a breast, we are already over it”

“Yes, it’s a breast, we are already over it” is a photographic exhibition of breasts of women of different ages. These photographs are a participatory collaboration of people of the female sex who decide to model for the project. The aim of the exhibition is to desexualize the breast and prove that each breast is different and all are equally valid through drawing and imagination.

The participants of the workshop are asked to draw what they see apart from a breast. By introducing this phrase they is obliged to question themselves what they see in the image, take a step back and reformulate what the brain perceives at first sight. Once another shape is constructed, this breast ceases to be a form with a sexualized role, but becomes an organic form that inspires the development of others by encouraging creation and creativity.
