The participatory budget is a good opportunity for villagers to take part in how town’s council money is managed. It is a time when the people have the opportunity to decide with their hands.

Hands have an important role in our body and they involve lots of actions: shaking hands, saying hello, insulting… They are an essential part of weaving society, to achieve, to be one, to vote. The participatory budget is for the people and it is in their hands to make them possible.
